Head of Marketing Design — Bauer Media (April 2021 – Present)

Led a multidisciplinary team delivering creative across acquisition, retention, events, and brand marketing for more than 20 Bauer print titles. Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Editorial to connect creative concepting, insight, and delivery excellence.

·    Built and direct Bauer’s Marketing Design Hub, embedding agency-style processes and elevating in-house creative standards across digital, print, and motion.

·    Drove data-led subscription campaigns supporting sustained audience growth and subscriber revenue.

·   Championed structured creativity across teams by facilitating Design Thinking-based workshops, integrating SCAMPER, Six Thinking Hats, and complementary innovation frameworks to embed scalable ideation and evaluation practices within campaign planning.
